Man Shot After Using Pepper Spray On Officer
A 24 year old man in Catonsville, Md was shot at by an officer. The man used pepper spray on the officers partener then went into his home to get a machete and charger towards the officers. The officer who had not been sprayed in the eyes with pepper spray shot at the lunatic man. The officers were responding to a domestic abuse call when they were greeted at the door by this man. The man was shot in the upper body by the officer and police spokesman Cpl. Michael Hill said that they did not know the conditon of the injured man

Furious snow storm blows north, blankets Great Lakes states
The snow storms have been extremly bad over in the north eastern part of the country. The snow is from 10 inches and up in most parts of Chicago, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and Vermont. There are also areas were you can't even tell how deep it is becuase of the stong winds with gusts up to 40 miles and hour. With the wind blowing the snow this much it is hard to even see cars that are in front of you. Visibility is no more than 200 yards in front of you. Houses and buildings are getting so much snow on there roofs that some are collapsing becuase of the mass ammount of weight.There was more than 100,000 people in parts of Pennsylvania that were without power. Many smaller power outages are happneing all over this area. This terrbile weather has been the cause of 38 deaths so far in the country.

Eight limbed girl
A two year old girl who was born with four arms and four legs showed her very first sign of movement on Thursday November 8, 2007 after a very long surgery removing the exrta limbs. The girl who is named Lakishmi is in Intensive Care and is still sedated. She opened her eyes for a short time and move her toes and fingers. These are great signs that she will recover well from the very intense surgery. Lakishmi, was born joined at the pelvis with her parasitic twin who stopped developing at the womb.
On Wednesday Nevember 7, 2007 the doctors conducted a surgery with a team of over thirty doctors. They removed all the extra limbs and transplanted a kidney. Also they reconstructed her pelvis hoping she will be able to live a normal life. The surgery lasted over twenty four hours but was hoped to be very succesfull. This isn't the end to Lakshmi's surgery but is a great start to her normal life.

Million dollar pot bust
On November 29, 2007 in Memphis sheriff found a truck thay had a million dollars worth of marijuwana in it. The Sheriff, Chris Jones pulled the truck over for swerving and illegal lane change. When he went up to the trucj the sheriff could smell the marijuana. Jones, another deputy, and a drug dog named "Rocky" searched the car and found over a thousand pounds pf marijuana carefully wrapped in dryer sheets and black plastic bags. The drugs were hidden under furniture in the cap of the truck. The man driving was arrested and so was the seventeen year ole with him. They were both in the United States illegally. They are currently in jail awaiting their trial.

Kanye West's mother dies
On November 10,2007 the famous rapper Kanye West lost his mother. Donda West was only fifty-eight years old. She was a retired Professor and a former chairwoman for the Chicago State University English Department. She died from cosmetic surgery complications. Donda was very proud of her son who she had raised by herself in Chicago after divorcing his father Ray West when Kanye was three. Kanye was very close to his mother. He even wrote a song about her called,"Hey mama." She even put that song as his ringtone on her phone. On Kanye's thirtieth birthday and danced the night away. She was looking forward to kanye's marriage but unfortuently wont be able to go. His fiance Alexis Phifer also adored Donda West. "She will be greatly missed," Kanye said.
