In reading the information given, i have to wonder-where do these people get this stuff? Its all different. One must be right and one must be wrong. From what i have been presented with, I am thinking more on the side of the author in this passage. The facts that Al Gore prestented didnt quite seem right. And by the way, I was amazed that he was doing an envirnmental video and wasnt driving a hybrid. Even if you were faking it just for the movie, it would have been smart. Anyway. The graphs really sold me. There is on that shows the last 2000 years and shows the last mini ice age and it says something like, "just because we come out of a small ice age doesnt mean we are over heating." and he had a very good point. What if we didnt have the technology we have today. Would there be reason to freak out? I didnt get a good look at the graphs Al Gore presented but i would be interested to know how deciving it is. if he created any kind of alusion at all, then I really dont want to hear about it anymore. I thought it was very funny that the show South Park did a show on him and made him out to be a person who just wants attention. I'm starting to see some truth in that.

see how the paterns just repeat themselves? thats life. People like Al Gore just want to make money by scaring people. its wrong.

Well, i played the game but not very well. i had a hard time figuring it out because my screen kept moving as i moved the person. But i got the main idea of it. it is meant to give information in a way that people will be interested in but at the same time, it doesnt get the point accross. it painted more of a happy picture than it was meant to. maybe some dark music would help a little. Though, despite the happy atmosphere and the messed up screen on my end, it had some very good facts.

      When i heard about this in class, it really upset me. The very first parragraph said it very well. - "Nearly four decades after this rural Georgia county stopped segregating its schools by race, it wants to divide students again - this time by sex." I dont want to be the one to point fingers but i sure seems like this area of people feel that they need to sepparate people somehow. Why can't we just be people instead of men and women, or blacks and whites. I realise that there are destinct differences between these but that doesnt mean that we should be broken apart. All this does is prove that we are a sexist/racist country. As stated in the lecture on the flatt world, the world was not level due to the separations of communism and democracy. This is the same with sepparating men and women. How can you expect to have the same opportunities when you start splitting them apart. Teachers may favor a sex more or students wouldnt be able to take a class because not enought girls signed up or somthing like that. This is just how it starts. Its segragation problems all over agian. I was outraged when i heard this and i hope that the parents of the kids in this school take this to court.

 Well, This is the first year that i have even come close to being interested in politics. I am not entirely sure which side i lean tword more. Normaly i consider myself independant. I honnestly dont care if gays want to get married. i was agienst the war from the start. i think that abortion is a womans right. imigration should be monitored but not controlled. guns should be registered and should be reasonable, AK47 does not need to be owned in a domestic home. there is no use for it. drugs mess up people's lives, but its thier choise. i really have no opinion on that one. privacy issues are dumb. people who are throwing a fit are just proving that they have somthing to hide. and there arent enough government agents to monitor everyone anyway. only if you are suspected and if you are inocent, you should want your name cleared. those are some of my views on todays government. I dont really have a candidate that i like for the election. they all have things i feel uneasy about.
