Heisman Trophy
The much anticipated Heisman Trophy winner was anounced last Saturday! Of these canidates:
- Andre Woodson (Quarterback) is having a great senior year leading the Kentucky Wildcats so far. A lot of his stats turned out to be Kentucky records!
- Mike Hart (Runningback) basically carried the load for the Michigan Wolverines ever since Chad Henne had been hurt. He runs the ball hard and shows great leadership on a mediocore team in 2007.
- Tim Tebow (Quarterback) was only a Sophmore, but he ran for 23 touchdowns and passed for 29! This is a record at Florida for both catigories!
- Colt Brennen (Quarterback) has set numerous Hawaii and NCAA records, the biggest is the Touchdown recodrs. Colt threw 60 touchdown passes this year!
- Darren McFadden (Runningback) got off to a great start, running for well over 100 yards in each of his first five games, but he slowly fell off the charts.
Tim Tebow was chose, and he became the 1st ever Sophmore to win the Heisman Trophy!
