So basically it says that Africa is more than just AIDs. It tells about their mellenium goals for the new year. They're really trying hard to make these inprovements in accomplishing these goals which also means that they have to really make huge improvements so that all the goals will work out. The child mortallity rate has decreased and the education for children has really increased. They haven't needed near as many medicines to help cure measels and other common, serious diseases. Africa could be able to achieve these goals. The government and all the other people in the continent will really have to give a great deal of effort and will have to work extremely hard at it. The United States will also have to help them out in accomplishing their millenium goals.
